The way they manage layoffs is terrible and a source of even more stress and frustration. Waiting and uncertainty are the worst, but I hope that at least most of us can focus on looking for a new job while we wait to see if we will receive a notification or not.

even if you make the cut, why stay at a place that treats employees like this..
The only way to regain some control is to get your resume and linked in profile updated. There are lots of great resources for tips if you search linked in. Hopefully you won’t need it, but being prepared helps retain some sanity.
