My store hasn’t had an HR employee since last year. Ever since I’ve been working completely insane hours and everyone’s time off/available hours have been completely ignored. There’s some serious issues that we have no one to talk to or mediate with. Some of us are starting to be forced to do things outside of our job descriptions. Is there any solution besides quitting? Anyone to talk to? Is the company not hiring anymore hr?

See if you can find out who the district HR is like ours is from TX. But I am not sure where all she covers, when I have a problem that is who I call or email.
