I know many are still in a state of shock from the announcement but you will gain nothing from stressing over this. Do you really want to damage your mental health by worrying for weeks or maybe even months over something you can't change? This is happening. Accept it and prepare for the possibility of losing your job. That's all you can do right now.

Hi Karen!
I think it is time for one of those cut out paper hearts. Grabbing my crayons.....
Don’t stress about making your mortgage/rent payment or buying groceries!
Save it. Or better yet, go look for a job with the helping with heart team where you can get paid to be tone deaf.
The inability to stress about one of life’s most stressful scenarios should not be applauded.
Karen needs to come out with a follow up email. The moral and gossiping that's happening is not right at all. Do it all at once and STOP worrying us so we're all sick over this
Respectfully, I’m not ready to live, laugh, love my way through this one. Maybe this works for you, and that’s cool. Some of us are still processing.
Oh didn’t know that Karen L** is posting here in this forum lol
The award for most tone deaf response goes to you…
I’m really tired of seeing people side with corporations when they do nothing but dangle a carrot in front of us (in the form of possible bonuses and pay increases) only to hit us with obvious stress inducing news that has the potential to set people back significantly. But hey, the Corporations are the true victims in all of this since they have to make really hard choices in order to keep their millions in profits & bonuses.
I was laid off from CVS in 2016. It was a big shock at first, but ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me. Got a job with a better run organization and then I realized just how dysfunctional CVS really is. Stay positive. The job market is in your favor right now. Everyone needs help. You will find the right job for you.
It's easier said than done to not stress. Most of us love paycheck to paycheck, count pennies. To have something so unsettling and life changing hanging over our heads. Do you know what cobra costs???? Some of us have family on our insurance that are so very sick.
