He is always late for the meetings, sometimes he is busy taking calls or replying to his clients, never give any attention. After the meeting he ask to us to send the meeting summary. Many times he is taking calls from phone while showing the homes for his clients. I found that he is very efficient manager and realtor.

Our manager got laid off, leaving our group without anyone to seek guidance from. As a result, nothing is being accomplished on our project and even the Dir and the other manager that is left is clueless. Our group is in disarray.
