They have tried selling and potential buyers did not went through with an offer
Best thing that could happen would be the every part of the company is sold. Happy 100th birthday AC Nielsen!
So far it is only a rumor.
Each of the three divisions could be sold - let’s hope soon and with minimal elliot equity after it’s done
