I think that if I had stayed here a little longer, I would have developed serious health problems due to the high exposure to stress. I don't think there is anyone who hasn't experienced a negative effect on their health after years of working here??

In fact, they are deliberately increasing the stress levels and raising the unreachable bar of KPI’s so they will have a documented case for termination if they can’t drive you to quit. It’s all calculated, and without one thought of how they are wrecking lives and devastating its frontline financially. They don’t want to pay severance, or receive bad press for more blind layoffs, so their approach is gaslighting employees, siting underperformance for failing to meet the impossible impending metrics grading beginning Sept. 1, 2023. Adherence to break schedules is suddenly critical, knowing full and well callers will easily force a late break by needing basic assistance and can’t navigate the site or product info. Call times are expected to be under 9 minutes, and tech glitches on site among a number of known issues WF could factor or even prevent (since they are a tech company and have means to track every single call and every click of the mouse, and conveniently route calls to specific lines or agents and impact KPIs, and sure as heck can account for every component of metrics or log time that doesn’t benefit them, magically they have no control over), it is a clear set up to fail, lower bonus pay, and exhaust the only employees that actually generate income for them…literally are the only workers that more than justify their piddly wages. My manager doesn’t respond to half of my concerns. And remember, once fired, you have no access to any documentation because all of your evidence is locked safe in the portal and through Slack. I suggest taking photos with time stamp on everything.
I just quit working in Care, it was 4 years of he-l. Customers screaming, the pressures from management and the daily stress ruined my life for the past few years. I seriously have PTSD from working there. Wayfairs management dont care about the employees mental health.
