They should be submitting a WARN notice to the state every time they lay off more than 500 people. Do you know if this was done?

Warn notice only applies when there's a large number of people laid off in one specific location. I don't think CVS has met the threshold due to the spread of layoffs or number on people on one team being cut.
It’s CVS. They don’t follow laws. They just pay fines and lawsuits.
no one place with 500 or more. this is all over the place.
They go easy on WARN when they plan to pay severance and benefits

They have to file in the state they are laying people off in
To be required to be filed with the state all 500+ would have to be at the same location - I think we'll have this cut in a fairly geo distributed way, let's wait until terms come in
