This is what happens when you promote yes-men instead of people who are capable and who know what they're doing. A-s kissers will nod affirmatively to whatever those above them say, whether it's a good or a horrible idea. And with no pushback, those cr-ppy ideas keep being implemented. Who wants to bet we'll be looking at another reorg within six to 12 months?
