A female Macys associate says she left to walk to her car and a customer pulled up beside her and asked her if she was married. She said yes and the customer said well, that’s ok that “he is married too” and wanted her to go out with him. She told him to get lost or she would call the cops. He said he saw her working in Macys, but she claimed she didn’t recognize him. Please be very careful female associates of who is watching you, there are stalkers around.

There are creeps everywhere you need to be more aware ESPECIALLY when you are walking out to the parking lot. Most stores don't have AP anymore and the Paul Blart mall cops aren't going to save you. Put your phone away,keep your head up, have your keys ready and for good measure I have a cutter in the other hand. Just saying!!
The colleague should report to the store, whether her people leader, MBA, or store manager. What they will do is they will open a case and colleague advisory will see if there is a possibility to have that colleague park closer to the store for a period of time. Another thing is that AP will be notified and get a footage to share with the local PD to increase the awareness. It will help prevent this from happening to other people.
This could happen anywhere. What does this have to do with Macy's exactly? Believe it or not, not everything in the world is Macy's fault.
