its been that way for a while (insourcing and outsourcing)
its just growing in size and hitting more folks now
I can’t believe anyone is putting up with pay cuts, no merit, lower bonuses, etc. when the company stock is in the high 300s and your jobs will be eliminated by the very AI you are touting. The 1% era has officially landed on One Microsoft Way and you are all servants and cogs. Sell your stock now!
