Bullying runs rampant throughout the halls in brand and marketing. It did while I was there and still does till today. But how can you report it to your direct reports and HR when they are the problem?

Trust me l...it was all across departments...not just Brand and Marketing. Accounting was notorious for it!
Oh yeah... this is a FACT! HR...(ahem...former store personnel with no formal training/education sorry folks...just facts) is clueless and just goes along with what "management" (ahem....people promoted only because they have been there 14 years and have absolutely NO people skills) tells them.
It’s always been known for its cliques, cattiness, gossiping, and bullying! Some things never change!
The fact this is still happening and leadership is turning a blind eye to the situation says why this company is crumbling. Brand and Marketing have always infested the environment with this yay sayers who in fact are the bullies. Sad! How old are we? Shows the incompetence of the people who are in VP positions and above. I could name a few who have risen to the top with no proper experience due to these methods.
