The market team is going to have deeper cuts I have heard!
I was referring to the team of a couple hundred onshore staff members who currently support UHC M and R with their incentive programs for Stars/risk. They are onshore since they are field based.
They already have a redundant entirely offshore/near offshore team that has been busy learning all data, copied every report...oh wait, that is the current group that support the uhc M&R team with a few onshore to satisfy any contract restrictions, sometimes I get confused about who the "bad guys" are in this group when layoffs happen.
I would be curious to know this as well. Very large Optum Insight team that supports them seems to be pretty nervous about this upcoming week.
