Thread regarding Optum layoffs

What about Optum payment integrity?

Will this area be hit or has it been hit already? I feel like it will be impacted at some point.

Bet all the government code changed ICD reimbursement is going to also negate a bunch of the half baked reimbursement rules Payment Integrity has cooked up and implemented useless. Pass the popcorn please, just here for the show.

It will be impacted. CES a piece of cr-p and several very unhappy clients and a couple more that are going to start kicking up over the smoke and mirrors they have figured out. Management entrenched and a very who you know little crowd. Past time for the payment no integrity cookie to crumble. Pick me please, I've seen enough!

It’s going to impact all of us, I think it’s just a matter of when. I have heard that they are getting rid of TES completely but they are phasing it down first to avoid legal issues. Everything is rumor at this point but the RIF dates have been consistently accurate. Sending positive vibes to everyone and hoping we all land in better opportunities.
