Would Nielsen lay off everyone who does as a sign of protest? Like what if hundreds of people just took that day off? Would everyone taking the same day off be illegal?

Just put my request in for 8/28. We have to stand together
As a Nielsen alumn in support of my brothers and sisters under duress, I will file a formal request with management for 8/28/2023 off.

I don’t see how management could retaliate against a large group, this is why people unionize as strength comes from many united for a cause.
mgmt will retaliate against people who do this.,.,.only hope is to undermine the toxic leaders until they are removed
