$15.50 is not a good hourly rate. Walmart pay more

I don’t see mangers as gatekeepers, if the manger is not happy with your work they will do everything they can to help you move to another part of the company; transferring employees is much easier to do in comparison with performance managing a person.

All Gracenote content positions for English-speaking markets are being slowly moved to India. That job probably won't be around for much longer plus its entry-level.

Why would I want to work as a "Sports Editor" for $15.50 an hour with a daily dose of nerve wracking stress when I can work at Taco Bell for a STARTING pay of $15 an hour with ZERO stress? Why would I take a HUGE pay cut to stay in this environment? The environment that promotes cut throat tactics, bad equipment, daily stress of production numbers, co-workers that checked out months, if not years ago and management that is just biding their time knowing darn well that they are very likely to be on the chopping block this round. No thank you.
