3M Consumer have Brands worth significant Value Currently

Leaders that have never led at these levels! Catch phrases like “consumer centric” but with Leaders that don’t understand consumer business. Reduction of divisions leading to lack of focus and lack of business through prioritization! Lack of growth for years and the lab has delivered the “nothing burger!” Sell the Brands while it’s still has value! There are many CPG companies that cross categories with many Brands under their umbrella.

CBG is filled with sycophants... Non thinkers who can't create, just really good at editing power points filled with other people's work and kissing up to leadership. There's no real innovation, just adding more claims to packaging. Where will the growth come from? Great employees saw the writing on the wall over the past few years and left.

Exclamation points and punctuation aside it’s difficult to know what you’re supposed to be doing when leadership is figuring it out on the go and you know later in the year or next year it will be changed again

Not like kids or next generation use post-its anymore. There is value to pay off PFAS lawsuit alone. Can’t get them off their devices.
