I work for one of the big three carriers in mobility. Not quite eligible to retire, but I am looking into options.
I'd like to move to Quincy, MA, and wondered if there is a call center there. If there is, what would the 'job title' of a customer agent? Are there part-time jobs for customer support? I'd prefer mobility support since I've been working product and channel support at corporate my entire career. Preferably remote.
Spent the last 25+ in offices (minus COVID years)
