Regarding the employee survey, we scored 1 point higher than last year in global engagement. I guess thats supposed to be impressive? Many employees are just plain miserable working at Walgreens but one can always cherry pick a few favorable but non-impactful points. As would be expected, Roz's summary is a bit vague. The raw data would show more. From an employee perspective, the survey is generally a waste of time anyway.

Survey email from Roz came out today. Some BS about we scored higher than last year and it shows people "want to be here". WTF???!?!?

If someone says “high financial team members” are leaving they probably don’t know what they’re talking about. Clearly OP has an ax to grind. I also don’t think this is abrupt. They said he’s leaving for a job in the tech sector so he has something lined up. CFO positions at large companies are months long searches. He probably put in his 2 weeks and is saying see ya.

Wonder why Kehoe is leaving so abruptly. Very short notice. It's seems like the equivalent of a store employee walking out mid-shift.

What other "high finanical team members" are leaving?

Was this CFO responsible for cutting budget in stores to the extent they closed due to understaffing?? If so, good riddance.

Not surprising. I would expect that most pre-Roz Brewer executives have already been flushed out or are on the chopping block. BTW, shouldn't the employee engagement survey results be out by now?
