Does anyone know if it is ok for leaders to take stuff home that was keyed out as MOS? We have always had to throw stuff away and now leaders are doing MOS and taking the stuff home. Really confused!!

It's stealing. If AP or HR won't do anything call 911.
I have reported things similar to this. All depends on if the Store Manager likes the person taking it. They will know it's you and you could become a problem for them.
If at all questioning it, than side with fact that it is not ok. Let AP know or inform HR. I unferstand some stores do use some MOS merchandise for colleagues opening up Star Rewards, but that would be under certain discretion with the Store Manager partnering up with AP.
That's a HUGE conduct violation! Report immediately to compliance connections (AP is too corrupt).
The training alert says the MOS shoes and recalled clothing have to be destroyed by the compactor located in the dock area.
You can give out MOSd merchandise as credit contest rewards or other contests but taking them home us a no no!!
It is not ok. Call AP or call HR
