I recently shared that my former Director used to count the “ums” when folks would present and let them know after the meeting. My new boss said “ya that sounds like an HR violation”. I told her that once I tried to email HR about my concerns and she replied to me and CC’d my boss….None of what’s going on there, particularly in the Design org, is normal or acceptable. The leaders are bullies who will gaslight you into thinking their toxic behavior is normal and you are the problem. You’re not.

I think we all miss Rob if we knew him. His replacement is a weak leader who uses PIPs to scare reps. I don’t understand how she’s considered a leader.

This is absolutely correct!
Since Rob left, nothing’s been the same in TAP!
It used to be a great to work. Now it’s horrible!!!
