Optum needs to layoff the behavioral health division leaders in the southern states. These people are mo--ns and the leaders are incompetent, "yes" women. I have three friends who worked for Optum Behavioral Health in Louisiana this year and all of them quit in less than a year due to the horrible, micromanaging leaders or people who call themselves leaders but are paper pushers. They treat adults as children, watching every call they make and compulsively looking at phone logs as they "police" their staff.

Yes, this same post could be made about NYS Optum C&S Behavioral Health.
Managers and Directors who are terrified of having to return to the provider sector, terrify their staff.
Policing and micro-managing staff is a normal thing here across the board lol.
