Does anyone have insight on what restructuring will look like in retail?

Suppose to be all at corp.level
More DLs? Doubtful they’d increase DL headcount.
Rumor is reduction in district size - even with store closures the districts are too big.
I’ve heard several senior managers mention it, but no details. “Restructuring ” usually means employee reductions as well, so it’s always a good idea to have an updated resume and LinkedIn profile so you can save a few weeks off your job search if your position is impacted.
Are they planning more restructuring?
