This old news was very conveniently dropped to the media just a few days before the q2 earnings report and call. Fu-k commscope. Glad I left. Drained a ton in savings trying to wait it out there.
Husband left this place 2 weeks ago and I’m so thankful he did. Competitor has air conditioning where he works and he’s working a full schedule. My family can finally get back to adding to our savings instead of having to pull out of it because this company doesn’t know what they’re doing.
It’s a slap in the face to the remaining workers to have this in the media. Making it seem like everything is OK in CS-land when it’s not.

Su-kers they are not going to do anything and this is mkting. Why don’t they just reinstate the 401k match, COLA, etc to incentivize current employees and they will jump through hoops. OT no problem, I need to make up the pay you robbed by cutting hours. The hrly emp has more at stake than the salary folks to save the company.
