Iam sure he will lay off managers too. Lay off everyone shut down every yard I don’t care anymore. Just time to find a new job. This company is a joke his statement is a joke and any employee that is employed here. You probably got a email from Fritz yesterday. It say it in that email they’re going to lay off people. No more bonuses no more anything. Everyone is fu---d.
He should lay off the useless management we have the salary they get is a waste of money
Why do they need a CEO? Just get a AI to do everything. They can lay everyone also.
With Mr. Napoleon Complex at the helm, why does UP need Beth? She's already soaked the company of millions and seems like an unneeded expense. There was not a President under Fritz, so it looks like they made a position for her.

I'm waiting to see what he does on his first day and what plans he has for the company. There's too many people who already have one foot out the door and just waiting for the UP to sc--w up again. Oh wait, they just did that by bring Vena back. At least Fritzy won't be to blame this time when the numbers take a big massive sh1t. It was stupid of me to think the company learned a valuable lesson when Vena showed up the first time. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, but expecting a different result everytime. I can't be the only one who thinks this company is insane. I think the only bright spot in all of this is the upcoming hearings that will most likely occur from the poor service that the executives have already touted as service improvements.
Our shop is still trying to undo the damage and get some locos fixed from the last time he was here. You can't gas-and-go these locos forever little buddy.

This company is done all the management and employees run for your lives. Hopefully they will lay me off probably the best thing that could happen not going to work for this a--hole again.
