Yes, he can be fired by the Board. After all, wasn’t Bill asked to step down for his se-ual behavior with employees? But, unless the CEOs actions are causing issues with stock price or ability to hire talent, as long as Wall Street sees profits he’s not going anywhere.
Can Satya Nadella be fired by board members? For being unethical. After all he is just an employee. Bill Gates gave him a chance to run his company.
