Are things actually getting better? A 2.3 rating still means it’s a miserable place to work, but it’s an improvement over the 1.5 they once had.

Don't worry Vena will fix those numbers so they stop going up.
Just you wait! When Vena takes over on Aug. 14th and blows the place up, then threst of us will see just how bad that number will get

After they fired those senior managers in Houston things have started getting better. Maybe after a few more are gone they can get up to a 2.4.
They will tank when Vena comes back.
Things are much, much better. I’m going for walks, eating cookies, and giving people hugs.
Those are positive reviews that the new hires are pressured into writing by their managers.
They probably have their interns working non stop writing 5 star reviews pushing the number up.
