Seems Sabre eTeam is not helping Sabre by letting go of the good ones who know how to get things done and keeping the ones who are still struggling to figure out what needs to be done. Morale is super low for some teams

@1jvw+1nM8lrSP Is there a quiz on the layoff day for everyone getting laid off asking "are you happy or sad?" and then they only give severance to the people who answer "sad"?
If you have a big frowny face and squeeze a lemon in your eyes to make it look like you are crying then do you get extra severance?
Stay there a little longer. You’ll get laid off , get your severance, and then file employment
In such a case no severance pay for you. Severance packages are for the people that are upset because of the layoffs, not happy about it.
Wait long enough and you will get your wish... Layoff packages are not going to be getting any better, save yourself now and move on....
