Announced loss of huge contract which will result in the loss of many
infusion patients being triaged out of Optum. Those of us who are still here will be used to accomplish this and then probably laid off after the Sept 15th cut off date.
Something is amiss, lots of people leaving and not being replaced, then or disappearing or taking weeks of PTO. How can management all be out of office last week and this week. We also have no work.

Im so hoping that close or sell this business. What a nightmare of unorganized chaos. And to think they sell these Rx solutions to out in peoples bodies. Yikes
Better start looking for work while you can!
Read this, (https://casetext.com/case/peters-v-aetna-inc-24) it's a class action against Aetna and Optum. SO some greed comes into play here and there will be layoffs because of this. But to be honest, is it really that bad to be laid off from this company?
You decide....Ramp up the job search little people, and don't concern yourself with trying to do a good job-this company is so awful in many different ways. Take your loyalty somewhere else.. Unless you yourself are profiting and stay silent and turn your heads at the expense of chronically sick patients.. You should be the first to go but enabling is rampant and rewarded at this company so I guess you will add some more years to your resume and profit...
