I don't believe it. HR spying on employees is a conspiracy theory. Or letting good performers go and keeping the trash boys club. QAmon wouldn't do that. Would they?

You have never been through a round of layoffs to think they will go after a someone for performance or a 2nd job. Sit back and learn. You will see top performers let go and lazy people that come to work drunk retained… there is no logic to the layoffs unless you pi---d off someone higher up then payback is given during layoff season… and yes Qualcomm has a layoff season
