When I arrived at San Diego for the first time in my life, the Uber driver told me about one of his friends who used to work for Q. He told me that his friend gets immediately angry when he talks about Q. At that time I did not quiet understand how come someone gets angry only by speaking about something. After a few months of the worst experience in my life at Q, I left Q but I still gets very angry just by thinking about Q. I did not only waste my time and career but I feel like I also lost my mental health. One thing I have learned though is that if someone is rude, disrespectful and crosses the line I should immediately react, so the person knows there is a line no matter the person is my boss or colleague. If I don't, they become more and more disrespectful, but they never become better. I wish I knew this while I was at Q when I heard so much nonsense opinion and I was blamed for something that I have nothing to do with.

Lots of mentally sick people, narcissist work in Q. Let be your manager, or colleague. You lose your mental health dealing with people like that. HR in this company is not doing its job. After several times finding HR not making right decisions or being incompetent in resolving human issues. I also gave up. The post is accurate. I have the same feeling.
What is said in this post is 100% TRUE. Others who are blaming him are living in denial!!
Dude are you trying to frame a case blaming your ex-employer for prosomal mental health issues?
comeon, the situation you described seems fabricated, if you had issues no one stopped you from quitting next hour, YOU chose to hang on!!
QCA is already rotten to the core. Just get out of there
The attrition rate at amzn google etc is much higher than at Q. At other places if people are unhappy they just move on either to a new group or to a new company.
@jfs of course I wanted to move on. But someone higher up, a married man used other people to control me, got as much as info about me by using 3rd party recriters, used HR and recruiters from other companies to think of reasons to turn down my application. Basically sabotaged my chances of getting another job.
Why get angry? Just move on, but my experience is that most companies have their issues.
I was at QCA. When I think about things happened almost 10 years ago, I still get angry.
