Does Engineer, Sr. Engineer, etc. come between G & F pay grades? I'm close to maxing out G scale...not sure how to approach G before they limit/plateau my adjustments. Would like to approach the subject early on before the end of the year.

I have a base ~215 and I have been told that is slightly above G median.

That gels well with the post below.

Question: I know lots of people got RSU’s during reinvent, how much would a person at my level get?

G - 170-230
F - 210-270
E - 250-350

This looks about right for engineering, projects and operations management

I don’t work at BP. What kinds of technical jobs fall into each range (engineer, senior engineer, manager, director, etc.)?

Salary range depends on job classification.
G = 20% target bonus. Stock not assured.
F = 25% target bonus. 25% stock (3yr vest)
G = 30% target bonus. 35% stock (3yr vest)

Depends on your discipline. There’s no one base salary across all disciplines.
