Classic example of Technology company becoming an accountant company.
CA has no answers as he lacks Vision.
What Hock Tan wanted to do , CA is on the same path. HT will have the last laugh.
SD WILL have 40-60% impact.
VR already started more sites to follow, over 55 best of luck to dodge this time.

Just curious. Why are H1B people are targeted? They are typically younger employees and not necessarily getting higher salary than others. What is the cost benefit for the company?

35%? Yeah right, nice try, but not real.
15% over the next 5 months. Most of the H1s will be heading home to train the id_ot temps before being let go.
If you haven’t gone through a big re-org, get ready, you’re about to.
