Antitrust law is determined by a judge and the FTC don't have a case here. Winning a lawsuit to block the deal is a very long shot, the FTC will not even try. Instead they may simply ask for a few adjustments and be happy with that.
FTC gave up on MS a& Activision. This is pretty much a done deal
60 days for public to comment before they finalize the language. With bureaucratic red tape that won’t happen until next year. Too late then. I’m ready for the inevitable. No more wishful thinking
