Does our leadership even care to try to grow the company anymore or are they just managing the decline?

Who was let go?
They seemed to have started the Q4 layoffs already. Some major folks let go last week and they were good people.
I don’t know why I haven’t been let go yet, it’s a mystery. I literally don’t care and have been in quiet quit mode for months… I got a raise, wtf?

CEO did mention getting more fit and focus in a meeting a while ago. Wondering if could be the folks slated for the end of the knowledge base thing, forget what they called them.
Looking at a slide deck from ELT and it said more layoffs in q4. Now, do I have the guts to bring it up on the call?
It's truly a shame. It was a great company before the acquisition and BM's return. PE firms ruin companies as they su-k the profits out and leave them for dead. Looking forward to Brookfield and BM finally getting what they need so they leave and this once great company can get back to rebuilding itself.....AGAIN.... such a shame.
What was once a great company is now a joke thanks to old McDonald. If you haven’t already found another job, please do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can. He is destroying this company at record pace.
We are doing the best we can as well under these horrible circumstances. We are just as stressed out as you are. It is managing a decline, no doubt.
They're selling off the pieces for scrap. Employees are jumping ship on their own now.
