Maybe it's not a nice thing to say, but the company has a lot of useless people for whom no one knows what they actually do. Why don't they finally get rid of those pretenders? On the other hand, many of us are overwhelmed with work.

The mass exit of mud work servicing wells began many moons ago. Behind all the smoke and mirrors was a revenue driven model with no emphasis on margins, thus fast tracking tens of millions of dollars in fliuids losses. No one in The Woodlands or Katy had half a brain, thus digging a deeper grave every day. Fluids domestically is now worthless. Karmas a Bi--h!!!

Not for long. Whoever did not receive a retention letter will be gone soon enough. No one will buy Newpark DF as a company. Everyone useless and useful will be unemployed by year end. It is a sinking ship. Should have been a give away when they named a mats guy CEO. As soon as ADF was purchased and they used their management it turned into a polished tu-d that never survived the ‘15-‘16 down turn. Just remember as they let people go their is a million+ salary in WTX sales staff that hasn’t sold an account since 2013. Had to rely on OK and NTX salesman to do their jobs. Talk about a waste!
