One employee in the cab and one conductor/utility in the truck if and when the unions cave into this at some point!

Is this a bad thing? Still 2 employees in the cab, then a mobile man in a vehicle on the ground. Sounds like an improvement, of course that doesnt mean it wont be ruined in the future.
