Short answer is not right now. Long answer is yes, over the next 15-20 years.

Here’s what’s going to happen:
Step 1: open most positions to be located in multiple locations (Findlay, SA, Denver, etc.) - already happening.
Step 2: Allow the workforce in place to age out, and simply don’t bring them back.

The move from Findlay will occur not because of some corporate choice, but because of the choices of new/relocating employees to not come to Findlay in the first place.

Why would they leave a captive workforce that doesn’t need to be paid market?

Who cares? If the Ivory Tower in Findlay burned down that would be preferable.

What makes you think they're leaving Findlay, is the facility up for sale?

Well if they keep ki-ling people, maybe all the execs should simply be based in a federal prison!

I have heard that their OH tax benefit deal expires in 2030. Not sure how true this is.
