The atmosphere in the company has been made unbearable by all the sudden dismissals without notice and severance pay.
I wonder if there is anyone who is not planning a way out of this ridiculous company?

Leave while you can!! 6 years, termed out of blue without legit reason, no severance, disputing unemployment with b.s. reason to delay hoping well give up. Way to reward loyalty after the Titanic hit the iceberg in Feb and we stuck it out. Never felt so violated in my life.
