I’m speaking directly to the current climate of shoving certain behaviors down one’s throat. Accenture wants SO BAD to adhere to this that training includes mustached men called “her”. If you don’t “celebrate” and “advocate” flaunting of lifestyle choices that make the majority of folks cringe, you’re on the outside here.
What folks embrace in private is their deal, I have no problem with that.
I DO have a problem with a company that says to bring “your authentic self to work” as long as it’s not your true conservative or moderate self.
