Optum Insight is a train wreck and anyone that was acquired from Change Healthcare it is only going to get worse. Since Optum pulled much needed resources leaving divisions struggling to keep up and not to mention the last round of layoffs leaving large holes to only be heading towards what is looking like 2 more rounds of layoffs before the years end. Then you have merging products like Equian and Equiclaim…get out while you can.

I love finding out about how people really feel about other teams by reading this stuff, I only come hear to read the comments..It is eye opening for us who only have our small world and collaborator groups. I now need to go see who this team is (cone) so I can avoid them if possible..
I sincerely hope that poster was accurate on the rifs under cone! Their team is a bunch of delegating bullies who do no actual work accept create more of it to look important and seem “needed” by leadership! It is so hard working in that team!!! Backstab and lies are part of the daily routine.

This is highly accurate Optum likes to buy companies, retain those bought out to do all the dirty work and hard lifting with the applications and then will term you once it’s done. They have done this time and time again from other business being bought/acquired/merger.
