Year after year, the complaints here are always the same. Possibly there are some new ones as well. What does that mean? It means that they do not care about our complaints in the least, nor should we expect them to start caring. What miracle needs to happen for them to take into account the opinions of employees?

They want 40 percent ratio operating now and 7 to extra boards and tied down trains, no overtime....
One way to get their attention is to let production suffer.
No miracle but more major safety events from class 1 railroads making the news is all unfortunately. If there hadn’t been threats of a strike and the incident in Ohio there wouldn’t be paid sick days coming. They will never care. They don’t even care about each other. They’ll do just enough to try and relieve the pressure and keep some good PR.
