All these arguments were when outsourcing to India started two decades ago ….jobs will go where they can be done “satisfactorily “ done at the cheapest rate….manufacturing to China, call centers to India ….etc etc etc
a skilless bean counter probably made the decision
something that will further erode the quality of Qualcomm
they don't have a talent pool
i think it is just moving talent to low cost geos to save money
but only the desperate or highly adventurous make that move
folks wanting stability in their lives won't like this
