How about we all go on strike and demand our 401k match back and higher pay raise of a 15% increase or else we should all quit !!!

Does Corning allow overtime? Is the last 4 hours of every 12 hour day considered overtime pay?

Go to Corning and apply. As a previous CS employee/current Corning employee; I can tell you that the working conditions are 1000× better,(I worked at Catawba and can tell you that I never got chilly in the summer). They have adequate air conditioning and heating, the plant is clean and the pay is pretty much equal!
