What's the best way to get a sense of the culture and work environment before you accept a job at a new company? I don't want to make a mistake and find myself facing a completely different situation than the one that was presented to me. I'm just not sure how to prevent that from happening.

Give a 2 week notice at Commscope they will let u come back
Go there and talk to people as they're leaving for the day. That's the only thing I can think of that would be reliable, if you talked to enough people to get a true sense of the company. Good question though. Good luck!
