Please post if you know Optum’s severance guidelines. Is it one week of pay for every year of employment?

Severance package is available on Spark. It’s based on your grade level and tenure.
Grade level 27 and below who has been with the company 1-3yrs receive 3 weeks of severance.

All the real rules and policies for severance are locked away by Manager Access rights only according to the Sparq/Sharepoint site, so if you know someone in that level. You may wanna pick their brain and see if they’ll let you look over it.
I heard UHG policy has changed from notification to term date. It used to be one month. It’s now 2 weeks. So those notified 7/27 will term 8/10. Not enough time to find another role.
