They are laying off more people…this is worst that can be expected from a 100 year company

Do you really think that Nielsen managers care about what is being said on this website?
People lose their jobs because the business is not profitable or because their performance did not meet the required standards.
I think the question was more clearer information so that people can understand what is being discussed.
For example, “ Audio will be laying off 50% of their staff after the next cycle”. This would help current employees decide if they need to start looking for a new job.
Nielsen managers and higher ups monitoring this thread would like more identifying information from commenters please.

Person or persons with personal vendettas toward Nielsen need to stop posting and focus on information that will be helpful to current and former employees.
Why does everyone seem to speak in code on these threads? Success, reduced hours, reduced pay checks, layoffs. Please be more specific.
Nielsen is a huge company and cryptic comments are not helping current employees, if anytime these comments are just leading to more stress and fake news.
What “success” are you talking about?
Several managers in at least one of the "portfolio" businesses let go and many employee hours reduced. Due to their "success" they need less.
what group was it in?
