I know of a lot of folks from KPMG that have started side businesses and moonlighting for other firms making hundreds of thousands for themselves by pushing client deals behind the curtains.
Even the HR team members in New Jersey I know are in cahoots with some members actively using the KPMG machine and infrastructure to help competitors to recruit consultants. Go figure the consulting industry. No wonder there has been no attrition given they are able to earn by quite quitting.
