There has been so much empire building at GSC. New executives building out teams. Then when times get tough they cut the teams but not the useless executives that are responsible.
Yep, I was let go. 27 years. I wonder if they’ll send a cake? Lol.
Enterprise Analytics Team also had large layoffs
I heard approx 150 at gsc/corp. Most that I am aware of were in Technology. At least 10 Sr. Directors.

I’m sorry for the individuals laid off yesterday and today. I was laid off three years ago. I know exactly how you feel. Surround yourself with positive people. There is life after Sysco.
I was let go this morning. Appears to be a fairly large lay off.
We heard that there were layoffs but don’t know size and who’s impacted, not even departments impacted
It appears that the company's cost-cutting measures take precedence over avoiding employee layoffs. This recurring pattern of letting individuals go every pay Thursday is disheartening. Sysco needs to make a greater effort to explore alternative solutions and prioritize the well-being of its employees.
Same here. I was also let go let go yesterday. Same Technology org/BT. Do we know who else in leadership were let go?
I was laid off today, I was on PTO when I was told
I’m in the technology org at corporate. Four people in leadership were let go today no warning, myself included.
I was. I worked at the GSC under Raj in marketing.
