Since March ,it's been an avalanche of bad news..employee data leaked,pay freezes,loss of benefits and seeing some truly hard working colleagues laid off in specific regions. Arris was a great company but sadly its now been ripped apart slowly and painfully. believe noting from slt..Trust has completely gone and there is morale left!!
