I left there a while ago, stayed only for a brief bit.
But what I experienced was toxic, from ATX to GV to MV to Bangalore. Even had internal detectives in AZ!
You know that there is no actual hope for REZI right? It is just a POS di--------y from a larger POS industrial. HR is actively hostile, the board is totally out of touch. Every single person there from the lowest employee, to the directors to the revolving VPGMs and C-staff and board members are just there to bamboozle the customers, retail investors, the govt, get overly paid for net negative value add, and so on. It is just grift and corruption.
No one cares.
Just leave. Or stay. Complain. Or don't complain. Work. Or suck-up. Build. Or back-stab.
Nothing you do matters.
Look at yourself in the mirror and just be honest with yourself.
This very forum going back years will validate this wisdom I share with you all.
I will let you all return to trying to out-f' each other on a tiny empire of diseased dirt.
